Integrity Pro Washers runs the exterior cleaning side of San Diego the way we'd want our own homes cleaned. We wash 8 to 10 houses a week, service solar arrays on a 12-month rotation, and keep our trailers stocked with soft wash and pressure rigs so we can adjust on site. San Diego stucco cleaning makes up most of that work. Stucco over 15 years old chalks and hairlines, and anything above 150 PSI blows out the finish coat and drives water behind the lath. Every stucco job on our schedule runs through a soft wash at 100 to 150 PSI with a bleach-based mix instead of a pressure tip. Who are the most reliable power washing services in San Diego for homes?

Reliable San Diego power washing companies carry at least $1 million in general liability, reclaim wash water on any surface that drains to a storm inlet, and quote by surface instead of by house. Ask for the certificate of insurance, ask what PSI goes on stucco, and ask who is actually holding the wand.

We stopped pressure washing roofs three years ago. We switched to soft washing commercial storefronts in 2023 because the old high-PSI method stripped paint in Coronado salt air. Those decisions came from jobs that went sideways, not trade magazines. Commercial work now runs early mornings, 4am to 7am on most storefront accounts, so a business owner never has customers stepping around a hose. Why San Diego stucco cleaning is a chemistry job, not a pressure job

Most of the exteriors we touch are stucco. Mission Hills, Kensington, the 1920s bungalow blocks off Adams. That surface is porous and the paint on it is usually 10 to 20 years old, so 3000 PSI does not clean it, it opens it. We run a 1 to 2 percent sodium hypochlorite mix with a surfactant so it clings to a vertical wall, dwell it five to ten minutes, then rinse at 100 to 150 PSI. A single story runs $250 to $500 and a two story $450 to $900.

The tell is the north and east walls. Those hold moisture longest and go green-black first while the south wall still looks clean, and that mismatch is what makes people call.
