The number changes more with roof type than with panel count. We get asked for a flat per-panel rate constantly and we don't quote that way, because a 24-panel system on a flat tile roof in Point Loma takes twice as long as the same count on a low-pitch comp shingle roof in Santee.

We use deionized water through a water-fed pole for most residential jobs, which rinses spot-free without a squeegee pass. Panels dry clean because there's nothing left in the water to leave a mineral film.
Why Coastal San Diego Panels Need Cleaning Twice as Often
Salt air off the coast leaves a film on panel glass that plain rainwater doesn't fully rinse.
