How much is it to power wash a house in Hillcrest?

What moves the price up or down?
Square footage is the starting point. A 1,500 square foot single-story runs about 90 minutes. A 2,500 square foot two-story takes closer to three hours and costs more because of ladder and lift work.
Tight lots matter. When the truck cannot reach the back of the house we run extra hose, and that adds time.

How do you know a quote is fair?
