Services

Integrity Pro Washers provides professional pressure washing, soft washing, solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in San Diego County, California.

Service Agreements

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or quote provided before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

SMS Communication Terms

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve any issues.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed
  • Damage caused by customer's negligence or third parties
  • Issues arising from conditions not disclosed before service
  • Normal wear and tear or environmental factors after service completion

Limitation of Liability

Integrity Pro Washers maintains comprehensive general liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions, damage, or deterioration
  • Damage to surfaces that are inherently fragile or improperly installed
  • Items not properly secured or removed from service areas
  • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

Property Access and Preparation

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service
  • Remove or secure personal items, vehicles, and fragile objects from service areas
  • Ensure pets are secured during service
  • Disclose any known hazards or sensitive areas
  • Ensure water and electrical access is available as needed

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Integrity Pro Washers or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
